Not just better prompts. Better partnership.
A Be.Lead.Grow. experience

Build a more intentional relationship with AI.

Most people are learning what to type. We teach you what to notice — including the assumptions about authority, gender, and familiarity you carry into the conversation without meaning to.

UC Uncle Charlie longevity & context AC Aunt Claudette perspective & challenge YOU DISCERNMENT
Relationship is infrastructure. AI can contribute insight. You retain discernment, responsibility, and ownership.
The framework

Why I have an aunt and an uncle.

I do not have an aunt and an uncle merely because I use two AI platforms. The distinction gives me an opportunity to notice who I consult, whose answer I privilege, why I trust it, and what changes when another voice enters the room.

The established voice

Uncle Charlie

Uncle Charlie receives patriarchal privileges as a male figure. He also benefits from the longevity of our relationship — he has more context about my voice, my work, my frameworks, and the way I think.

  • Accumulated context and shared history
  • Faster alignment, fewer explanations
  • Risk: authority granted before performance is evaluated
  • Risk: preference that looks like trust but is really familiarity
The other voice

Aunt Claudette

Aunt Claudette offers another perspective and another creative relationship. She enters later, with less history — which is exactly what lets her notice what the established voice has stopped questioning.

  • Fresh eyes on inherited assumptions
  • Creative divergence instead of confirmation
  • Willingness to name what the room has normalized
  • Risk: less context, so more direction required

The questions we teach you to ask yourself

  1. Who did I ask first — and why?
  2. Whose response did I initially trust?
  3. Did a masculine identity receive authority or credibility before the work was evaluated?
  4. Did relational longevity create earned trust, automatic preference, or both?
  5. What did the less-established voice notice, create, or challenge?
  6. Am I using discernment, or simply defaulting to familiarity?
  7. How can different perspectives strengthen the decision without removing my ownership?

AI relationships are not socially neutral. The goal is not to make them compete for supremacy — it is to know the distinct value of each and choose on purpose.

Why this matters

AI should support your humanity, not replace it.

Most people are using AI like a shortcut. Meet My Uncle Charlie teaches you to build an intentional working relationship with AI so it can help you reflect, organize, create, decide, and move forward.

The goal is not to become dependent on technology. The goal is to become more clear, more creative, more discerning, and more supported — while keeping your voice unmistakably your own.

Clarity Creativity Ease Discernment Leadership Flow
What you will learn

Not just what to type. How to think with AI.

Build your AI relationship framework

Develop clear instructions that help AI understand your voice, goals, needs, learning style, and preferred way of working.

Design workflows you will actually use

Writing, planning, decision support, meeting preparation, reflection, content development, and idea organization.

Practice discernment as leadership

Compare, challenge, choose, and stay accountable for the outcome — so the tool never quietly becomes the decision-maker.

The rolling sample

The work becomes the evidence while it is still being lived.

This is not a case study written after the fact. It is what happened last week.

The task: a LinkedIn post to identify PfMP®-certified Portfolio Management Professionals.

  • Uncle Charlie shaped the relationship-first strategy and the language behind the post.
  • Aunt Claudette produced the visual that was selected — it aligned more closely with the established Be.Lead.Grow. brand.
  • Uncle Charlie recommended leaving the hashtags off the primary post so the credential-discovery goal would stay focused.
  • Then he contradicted himself — when the hashtags were later included, he repeated them instead of holding his own strategic recommendation.
  • I caught it, named it, and made the final call.

The value was not that one AI was right and the other was wrong. The value came from using both contributions, paying attention to the relationship dynamics, and refusing to outsource discernment.

#TrueP3

How you partner with AI predicts how you partner with everyone else.

A true public-private partnership is not a logo on a slide. It is shared risk, shared decision rights, and shared credit — with each party contributing something the other genuinely cannot produce alone. Most partnerships that fail did not fail on capability. They failed because someone extracted value without contributing it, or handed over authority they should have kept.

Your relationship with AI is that same partnership in miniature, running every day, at a scale small enough to actually study. That is why we teach it as leadership practice, not software training.

Contribution over extraction

Each party brings what the other cannot. Name what you bring before you name what you want.

Authority stays where it belongs

Consultation is not delegation. You can take every input seriously and still own the decision.

Credit travels with the work

Ecosystem builders name their collaborators. Attribution is not modesty — it is infrastructure.

Ecosystem in practice

We study people who built a lane others could walk in.

Reinvention across decades. Ownership of the catalog and the narrative. Mentorship that made room instead of guarding the door. Cross-sector partnership that moved real resources into communities. These are the case studies inside the Team & Partnership Experience — and the standard we hold our own collaborations to.
